These terms apply whenever you use electrifyd.co.uk. By using the website you accept them. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use it.

Information on this website.
We write about solar panels, batteries and EV chargers to help you weigh up your options. We work to keep what we publish accurate and up to date, but it is general information. It isn’t advice about your own home, and it can’t replace a survey.
Estimates are not quotes.
The roof studio gives an estimate, and so does any other figure on this website for what a system might generate or save. Each one rests on typical assumptions and on what you enter. Your roof, the way you use energy, the weather and future energy prices will all move the real numbers. An estimate isn’t a quote, and it isn’t an offer.
Enquiries and quotes.
Sending us a form, calling or emailing is an enquiry. It doesn’t commit you to anything. If you’d like to go further, we’ll arrange a survey and give you a quote in writing. Any work we carry out is agreed in writing first, and the quote and contract you sign set out the terms for that work. Nothing on this website forms part of that contract unless your quote says so.
Your right to cancel.
If you agree a contract with us in your home, or at a distance by phone, email or online, the law normally gives you 14 days to change your mind. Your contract will explain how to cancel and when the 14 days start. Nothing in these terms takes away your legal rights as a consumer.
Using this website.
You’re welcome to use this website for your own lawful purposes. Please don’t:
- use it in a way that breaks the law
- try to get into any part of it, or the systems behind it, that isn’t meant for you
- upload or send anything harmful, such as a virus
- copy or reuse our words, photos or design without asking us first
Our content.
The words, photos, logos and design on this website belong to us, or we use them with permission. Manufacturers’ names and logos belong to their owners. You can view, print or share pages for your own use.
Links to other websites.
Some pages link to other websites, such as our Google reviews and our social media pages. We don’t run those sites and aren’t responsible for what’s on them.
Our responsibility to you.
We take care over this website, but we can’t promise it will always be available, complete or free of mistakes. We aren’t responsible for a loss that comes from relying on the website alone, without a survey and a written quote. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- fraud
- anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit

When you send us your details, we use them to reply to you and, if you want one, to arrange a survey. Our privacy policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information.
Changes to these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you use the website is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
The law that applies.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can deal with any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
