We are really pleased with our recent Solar and Battery install and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Electrifyd. Andre was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He turned up and was punctual to all our appointments (I'm still waiting for one fella to turn up to do a quote, he was due on the 19th June. He still hasn't been in touch. He's not coming is he?) and took a genuine interest in what we wanted, and my family. There was no pressure, just advice and discussion to find the best solution for our needs and budget.

The install went smoothly with minimal disruption and we haven't taken a pennies worth of electricity from the grid in the 5 days since. Excellent.

Excellent team at Electrifyd; Andre and Daniel ensured that my solar project was delivered at a great price with support all the way through the planning; installation and after care.

I had a complex installation planned with all 4 roof surfaces to have panels installed and a multiple powerwall 3 set up that needed to work with an existing solar system installed on my garage and eddi solar hot water diverter.

Andre ensured the G99 application was completed quickly and kept me updated on the progress which resulted in approval for 22kW inverter acceptance and a 15kW export limit.

Andre worked with me to provide the highest output of panels that would fit on the roof and meet MCS requirements not just supplying a default panel but looking at the best way to design the system.

The installation went smoothly, Andre and Daniel consulted with me throughout to deliver a neat and minimally intrusive installation. Ensuring all cables were hidden where possible and confirming their route before committing to installation.

Commissioning the system went well and Andre ensured I knew how the Tesla app worked and demonstrated how the system would respond to a grid failure.

The system has performed well so far and has generated 5,653kWh in just under 3 months making my electricity bill negative with SEG export and arbitrage through importing off peak electricity and exporting at peak times.

Andre ensured my Eddi system worked well with the new setup and installed a wireless CT clamp to allow both my existing system and the tesla system to heat the hot water as needed.

After care communication has been good and Andre has answered all questions quickly.

I have recommended Electrifyd to work colleagues because I was happy with the work provided and I would use the team again for future projects.

Andre and his team fitted our solar panels a week ago. They were very friendly and professional, took all the rubbish away afterwards and Andre sat down and explained the app and how the system works in clear understandable language. They worked very hard all day and eventually left at 10pm. Andre advised if there were any questions or problems we are his customers and he would always be at the end of the phone for advise. Electrifyd installed a powerwall and a load of solar panels on my garage roof. This was a really tidy job with people not even noticing it at first.

They installed all this in one day, even though they had a late start due to a delayed delivery. They were able to do the noisy stuff and turn the power off the night before at my request, so that I was able to work as normal and some guests weren't disturbed.

Quote to install was just under a month, so that I could qualify for a rebate that I'd left to the last minute.

After the export tariff was set up, I basically have no electricity bill (in June), even after the standing charge is included.

After several enquiries and quotes from various companies for Solar Panels, Battery Storage and E V Charger.

We approached a Company named Electrifyd , a father and son team who were relatively local to us. We had a visit from Andre who surveyed our property and explained with great knowledge the system that we would require, this was followed up with an in depth quotation and proposal.

Further to this Andre arranged for me to visit a recent installation that they had done, so that I was able view their work, which i was very impressed with.

We then decided to proceed with them.

Andre was very punctual and polite on all his visits.

The installation was carried out in December to a high standard of workmanship by Andre and his father, Daniel. At all times they were very respectful to us and our property.

Andre was very helpful in the first instance when gathering quotes to ensure best value for money and the best system for us. He is very knowledgeable on all the different systems in which he shared a lot of information before the order was even secure.

Upon the installation again Andre and his team were exceptional, working to a high standard and got the work complete within the time frame given. I cannot fault the installation myself and that is coming from an industrial electrician.

Up to now the system is in self consumption mode and Andre will be re-attending the property to ensure the system is in optimal operation following a swap to the Octopus smart tariff. Which is great to know that the after sales support is there.
